In the email marketing world, the best way to make sure your customer journey delivers is through mapping. And if especially if you’re doing a launch, you will want to take time to complete this step!

It means that you need to break down your customer’s experience step by step to help you see where can you improve this experience and where you might have gaps in your email marketing.

I know that the majority of us, usually fall in one of two camps, we either fall into the open-closed or camp, where essentially we’re like opening and closing carts.

We do like scheduled launches, whether that’s quarterly once a month, every six weeks, whatever that looks like.

Then on the flip side, we have people who launch on an evergreen standpoint where they have automated systems in place to be able to walk them through the process of essentially doing the things in their business without necessarily having to do a live launch.

But regardless if you are doing a live launch, evergreen, or open closed door, all of them will still end up for you to think of ideas and concepts on how to craft a profitable launch.

I am going to share with you the three phases that you can use as you craft a profitable email launch strategy:

  1. Build your Pre-Launch Phase

This phase is important, especially if you’re doing evergreen. Because there will be a moment of time where you are intentionally connecting and educating.

You will focus on getting people into your waitlist by nurturing, giving them love, educating them, and shifting beliefs. In this way, you are already building awareness.

2. Crack it Wide Open using the Sales Phase

In this phase, you will focus on walking them through stories, testimonials, and social proof.

This will allow your audience to be able to see where they are right now and where they want to go.

You can overcome objections and help your audience see beyond the tunnel without trying to convince them.

3. Move Forward with Post Launch Phase

The goal in this phase is to make sure that those people who purchased, will feel valued, loved, and you have the journey to set up for them.

You need to create retention in the long run for your business and help them create results within your program.

When you look at those three phases, there are tasks and concepts underneath, depending on your intention and purpose.

These three phases will help you to map out your email and craft a profitable launch. The outcome? You will have a successful customer journey map for your next launch.
